Privacy policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
This privacy policy describes how LucidWave, LLC ("LucidWave", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the lucidwave.com website (the "Site"). Products operated by LucidWave, such as BabelCast, are covered by their own privacy policies on their respective sites.
Information we collect
The Site is a static marketing website. We do not operate accounts, forms, trackers, or analytics on the Site, and we do not set cookies.
- Email you send us. If you contact us at hello@lucidwave.com, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you and, where relevant, to carry on the resulting business conversation.
- Hosting logs. The Site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to deliver and secure the Site.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate the Site, respond to inquiries, and run our consulting and studio business. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that help us operate (e.g. hosting and email), each under their own data-handling terms.
Retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as the business relationship or inquiry is active, and delete it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email us at hello@lucidwave.com and we will honor those requests.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
